What we examine and work on
- Agree on questions and conditions. Assess each question 100 times in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Grok: up to 500 answers per question.
- Report confirmed factual errors per system and question. Record unsupported statements, missing information, empty answers and technical failures separately.
- Investigate cited and other internal and external sources using page-capture tools. Assess outdated information, contradictions, mixed identities and technical barriers.
- Produce a plan of specific URLs with findings, evidence, actions, priorities, responsibilities and verification criteria. Label suspected causes.

Scope and limits

Your plan contains the actual URL of each affected page. A contradiction in a source is a finding; it does not prove that AI used that source for its statement.
