## What you receive after implementation.

### Completed changes

See which approved pages and profiles were changed. Requests to third parties are identified separately.

### Documented handover

The change log records completed tasks, open issues and responsibilities.

### Repeat assessment

Receive a comparison with the baseline. Confirmed errors, unsupported statements and missing information remain separate.

## What we examine and work on

- Define facts, pages, access and scope. The basis can be our analysis or existing documentation; we check whether it is sufficient before work begins.
- Correct approved information on the website and managed profiles. Address identified technical barriers within the agreed scope.
- Work with external platforms within agreed responsibilities. Document correction requests separately from changes actually accepted.
- Repeat the agreed questions and compare them with the baseline. Record assessment conditions and the actual volume.

## What you receive.

Completed agreed corrections, a change log and an analysis before and after the work. See confirmed changes, remaining errors, open tasks and supported next steps. Source changes and changes in AI answers remain separate findings.

## What we need from you

Supported, approved facts, agreed access or an implementation contact, and your approval of the proposed changes.

## Scope and limits

External platform operators decide on changes to their own pages. We cannot guarantee particular AI answers, update deadlines or permanent removal of errors. Missing information about you does not count as a confirmed correction.

## What follows

We discuss documented changes and comparison results. Additional work or assessment dates are agreed separately if needed. There is no automatic ongoing service.
