# Privacy

Notice This translation is provided for convenience. The German version is authoritative.

**Privacy on this GEO preview**

This website is hosted by ChatGPT Sites, whose hosting infrastructure processes technical connection data to deliver and secure the website. No Google Analytics or advertising trackers are embedded here. The enquiry form processes entries only in your browser and can create a text file; it sends no enquiry. The header notice stores its dismissal in Session Storage for the session. WhatsApp, map, email and telephone links open the respective external service.

The GEO Agentur Wien privacy policy is reproduced below. Its contact servers, Telegram notifications, checking services and consent-based analytics describe [brandhoop.at](https://brandhoop.at/en/datenschutz/). The functions described above apply to this GEO preview.

## 1. Data controller

The controller responsible for processing personal data in connection with brandhoop.at is:

**Fedor Kuznetsov**
Seidlgasse 12a
1030 Wien, Österreich
Email: [contact@brandhoop.at](mailto:contact@brandhoop.at)
GISA number: 39516350

Please send privacy enquiries to [contact@brandhoop.at](mailto:contact@brandhoop.at). Further business details are available in our [legal notice](https://geoagenturwien.at/en/impressum/).

## 2. Scope of processing

This policy describes the processing of personal data when you:

- Visit brandhoop.at and its English pages.
- Send an enquiry through the contact form, including any quiz answers you choose to attach.
- Contact us by email or through the linked Telegram contact.
- Contact us voluntarily through WhatsApp.
- Discuss a proposal, enter into a contract or use our services.
- Access website content through our technical interfaces.

## 3. Legal bases

Depending on the purpose, we process personal data on the following bases:

- Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: responding to a request before entering into a contract and performing a contract.
- Article 6(1)(c) GDPR: complying with legal obligations, particularly accounting and tax requirements.
- Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: legitimate interests in secure website operation, preventing abuse and responding to general enquiries.
- Article 6(1)(a) GDPR: consent, where we separately request it for an optional processing activity.

Access to information on your device is also subject to section 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 (TKG 2021). Analytics cookies are used only with your consent.

## 4. Hosting and technical logs

The website and contact service run on a server managed by us.When you access the website, technically necessary data are processed, including your IP address, the date and time, the requested address, browser and operating system information, the referrer where transmitted, and response status.

The purposes are delivering the website, maintaining availability, diagnosing errors and preventing attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of this website.

Where operational or security logs are retained, their retention depends on the time needed to investigate errors or incidents. Data needed to investigate a specific attack or establish legal claims may be retained until that matter is resolved. We do not use technical logs to build advertising profiles.

## 5. HTTPS encryption

brandhoop.at uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. This protects data transmitted between your browser and our server against unauthorised interception.

## 6. Fonts, scripts and images

Fonts, images and the scripts required to use this website are served from our own domain. Google Analytics scripts are loaded from Google only after your consent, as described in section 7. Technical request data are processed as described in section 4.

Your browser may load other pages from our server in advance when you are likely to visit them next (“prefetching”). This is used to make navigation faster and does not send data to an external analytics service.

## 7. Cookies, browser storage and tracking

You can use this website without agreeing to analytics. We store your analytics choice in your browser's Local Storage under “brandhoop.analytics-consent.v1” for 180 days. This stores your choice and its expiry, not a visitor identifier. Until you agree, or if you select “Decline”, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics requests are sent to Google.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Ireland, to understand website usage and traffic sources, including visits from AI assistants. Data include page views, interactions, referrers, campaign information, browser and device information and pseudonymous cookie identifiers. Your IP address is transmitted when connecting to Google; according to Google, IP addresses of EU visitors are discarded after deriving approximate location information. We do not send enquiry contents to Analytics. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in our website tag.

The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 165(3) TKG 2021. Analytics cookies (“_ga” and “_ga_\*”) are configured to expire after at most 180 days, without renewing their expiry on each visit. User-level and event-level data retention in Analytics is set to two months; aggregated reports may remain available for longer. Google may also process data outside the EEA, including in the USA. Information about Google's processing and transfer safeguards is available in its[privacy policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy) and[data processing terms](https://business.safety.google/adsprocessorterms/).

You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time through “Privacy settings” in the footer. Withdrawal stops future analytics collection, removes our analytics cookies and reloads the page; it does not undo processing that has already taken place. Information entered in the contact form is held temporarily while the page is open and is sent to our server only when you submit the form.

### Optional Google Maps

The contact page offers an interactive map from Google Ireland Limited, Ireland. It is loaded only when you select “Load Google Maps”. Until then, no map resources are requested from Google. When activated, your browser sends your IP address and browser data to Google. Google may use cookies and process data outside the EEA, including in the USA. Details about processing, retention and transfer safeguards are available in [Google’s privacy policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy).

Activation is voluntary and separate from Analytics consent. We do not store your map choice: each page visit requires activation again. “Hide map” removes the embedded map and stops further connections through it; this does not undo data already sent to Google. You can also use the ordinary “Open in Google Maps” link, which opens Google’s website in a new tab.

## 8. Contact form

The enquiry form on the contact page processes:

- Your email address and message.
- Any service interests and starting point selected through links to the form.
- Quiz answers, if you choose to attach them to your enquiry.
- Any other contact or project information you voluntarily include in your message.
- The submission time, a request identifier and technical delivery information.

We use these details to understand and answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries about a possible contract, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other correspondence.

Enquiries are stored in an access-restricted database on our server. For internal notification, the enquiry details are also sent through a Telegram bot to the responsible contact (see section 10). The database and bot credentials are accessible only to authorised people.

To prevent spam and repeated submissions, we process technical request information and pseudonymous values derived from the IP address and email address. These values remain personal data and are used to limit abusive submissions, not to track browsing behaviour. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the contact service under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Providing the information is voluntary. An email address and message are needed to submit and respond to an enquiry; you can also contact us directly by email. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

### Website quick check

For the SEO check, our server retrieves the submitted public page, its robots.txt and a sitemap. The SEO result is returned to your browser without being stored as a report on our server. Temporary pseudonymous IP-based request limits protect the service. The additional AI agent check sends the submitted domain through our server to Cloudflare’s isitagentready.com scanner. Paths, query parameters and fragments are removed before forwarding. Cloudflare retrieves public content and technical information from the target website. We do not forward your browser IP address to the scanner; Cloudflare sees our server connection. Results appear on this website. These AI results are cached on our server for up to 24 hours. The cache holds at most 128 results and is cleaned on subsequent requests. Temporary request limits help prevent abuse. See [Cloudflare’s privacy policy](https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/)for its processing practices. Choosing to discuss a result carries the website address into the contact form. It becomes part of an enquiry only when you submit that form.

## 9. Contact by email

When you email [contact@brandhoop.at](mailto:contact@brandhoop.at), we process your email address, any name you provide, the message, attachments and communication metadata to respond and handle the matter you raise.

The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual communication and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other enquiries. Our email service provider processes the technical data needed to deliver and store the correspondence.

## 10. Telegram

We use Telegram in two ways: for internal notifications about submitted enquiries and as an optional direct contact channel. The notification includes the contact details, project information and message supplied with the enquiry. You do not need a Telegram account to use the website form.

The purpose of internal notifications is prompt handling of enquiries. Their legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. If you contact us directly through Telegram, we process your visible profile information, messages and communication metadata under Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.

Opening the Telegram link takes you to an external service. A normal website visit does not load a Telegram widget. Telegram processes transmitted messages on its own infrastructure; bot messages are not Secret Chats with end-to-end encryption. Please do not include sensitive personal information in an enquiry.

Telegram is based outside the EEA. Its policy describes possible transfers to group companies in the British Virgin Islands and Dubai, supported by standard contractual clauses between those companies. Details are in[Telegram’s privacy policy](https://telegram.org/privacy#8-2-telegram-group-companies).

## 11. WhatsApp

If you contact us voluntarily through WhatsApp, we process your phone number, visible profile information, messages and communication metadata to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual communication and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other enquiries.

The provider for users in the EEA is WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. WhatsApp also processes device and connection data, including IP addresses. Its privacy policy describes international processing, including in the United States, and the applicable transfer safeguards.

An ordinary visit to this website does not load a WhatsApp widget or send data to WhatsApp. A connection is established when you open WhatsApp or an active WhatsApp link. Contacting us through this channel is optional; you may use[contact@brandhoop.at](mailto:contact@brandhoop.at) instead. Please do not send sensitive personal data. We retain correspondence according to section 16.

Further information:[WhatsApp’s privacy policy](https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy-eea).

## 12. Technical access to website content

Our technical interfaces allow automated clients to read public website content. When registering or authorising such a client, we process the client name, callback addresses, technical identifiers and temporary access credentials. We also process request data to prevent misuse.

The purpose is controlled access to public content. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. These interfaces do not provide access to contact enquiries. Access tokens are valid for up to 15 minutes and client registrations for up to 24 hours; expired records are removed during subsequent database cleanup.

## 13. Proposals, contracts and accounting

If an enquiry leads to a business relationship, we process the contact, project, contractual, invoice and payment information necessary to prepare and deliver the agreed services and meet legal record-keeping obligations. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.

Where necessary, recipients may include accountants, tax advisers, banks, authorities and courts. Tax-relevant records are generally retained for seven years under[section 132 of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code (BAO)](https://www.ris.bka.gv.at/eli/bgbl/1961/194/P132/NOR12057374); pending proceedings may require longer retention.

## 14. Backups and data security

Access to enquiry and communication data is restricted to authorised people. Where personal data are included in backups, the purpose is recovery after technical faults, attacks or data loss. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Backup copies may be retained for as long as necessary for that recovery purpose; access to them is also restricted.

## 15. Recipients and international transfers

Depending on the purpose, data may be received by our hosting and email providers, authorised IT support, Telegram, WhatsApp when you initiate contact through it, and the recipients listed in section 13. We disclose only the data needed for the relevant purpose or required by law.

International processing associated with Telegram is described in section 10, and with WhatsApp in section 11. Following other external links is subject to the respective provider’s privacy policy. External links are not embedded analytics or advertising services.

## 16. Retention periods

We retain personal data for as long as needed for the purpose for which they were collected. The criteria are the status of your enquiry, any ongoing contract, statutory retention duties and the need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

- Enquiries and correspondence: for handling the matter and any necessary follow-up.
- Contractual and accounting records: for performance and the applicable statutory retention period; tax-relevant records generally for seven years.
- Technical and security data: for operation, preventing abuse and investigating specific incidents.
- Technical client credentials: the validity periods and cleanup described in section 12.

Once the relevant purpose and any retention duties end, the data must be deleted. This also applies to copies in internal Telegram notifications.

## 17. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the right to:

- Access your personal data and receive information about its processing.
- Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
- Have personal data deleted.
- Request restriction of processing.
- Receive data in a portable format where the legal requirements are met.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You may object to processing for direct marketing at any time without giving reasons. To exercise your rights, contact [contact@brandhoop.at](mailto:contact@brandhoop.at) or write to Seidlgasse 12a, 1030 Wien, Österreich.

## 18. Supervisory authority

You may complain to a supervisory authority if you believe your personal data are being processed unlawfully. In Austria, you can contact:

**Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde**
Barichgasse 40–42
1030 Wien, Österreich
Phone: [+43 1 52 152-0](tel:+431521520)
Email: [dsb@dsb.gv.at](mailto:dsb@dsb.gv.at)
Website: [dsb.gv.at](https://dsb.gv.at/ueber-die-datenschutzbehoerde/kontakt)

## 19. No automated decisions

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

## 20. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our services, processing activities or legal requirements change. The current version is published on brandhoop.at.
